Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

At scentsnob.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are pleased to offer returns for unused, full-sized perfumes and gift sets. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.

Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for store credit, which can be used for future purchases on scentsnob.com. Please note that we do not accept returns for single-purchase perfume vials.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact our:

  1. Contact customer support at server@scentsnob.com with your order details.
  2. Once approved, securely package the item in its original condition with all accessories and labels intact.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer support team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

It may take up to 14 business days to process your return and apply store credit to your account. We will send you an email confirmation once the return has been processed.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process to receive store credit. You can then use this credit to place a new order for the desired item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Single-purchase perfume vials
  • Opened or used items
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at server@scentsnob.com. Please provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Refunds and Store Credit

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for any future purchase on scentsnob.com. Please note that shipping fees (both original and return shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
