We found the perfect dress for a rainbow wedding! My family was well treated by the staff, discovered great deals in the sale area, and enjoyed the personal service/ambiance of the changing room. I liked the unique designs, availability of larger sizes, and courtesy holds for a couple of "not sure yet" items. We received courtesy express shipping to complete our table linen set.

I cannot say enough about the exemplary customer service at Anthro Hilldale in Madison, WI. It is a clean and beautiful store and the staff goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure the customer is satisfied. I had an experience there today that honestly exceeded all expectations.

My girlfriend sometimes thinks we’ll enjoy going here. I never do. We look at clothes she won’t wear at prices we don’t want to pay.

Store is fine, but online is the absolute worst. Did a return for 2 items, they said we only returned one. It was two items that could easily be confused as one, christmas garland) At this point they are claiming we stole the item. This is a far cry from good customer support, Would love to talk through a better solution but a this point a specific person on their dispute team is seems keen on making it clear we stole from them when their return facility likely made an honest mistake.
