Barnes & Noble

Nobody sells magazines anymore. Barnes and Nobles does. I was able to settle my Crossword addiction by finding an abundance of Crossword magazines there. But it was also nice to see everything there that you can relate to books other than just books - of which they have every choice you crave, old and newly published. It was also nice to see the store bustling with business in this internet day. A wonderful reason to shop local.

This very rude employee interrupted me and my friend’s conversation and she made a very rude remark when we were not even talking to her in the situation. We were making jokes and she felt it in her place to talk back to us. We were already having a bad day and she was not the friendly face we wanted to see in our favorite store. Honestly, very disappointed because this has been my favorite store to go to all these years. I don’t recall her name but I will find her some day.

Fantastic store. The staff are always friendly and it's always fun to spend half an hour just walking around looking at new books. The cafe is also fantastic and it's chocolate cheese cake is amazing. The only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is because (like most new book stores) almost anything that's not on sale can be found online for cheaper.

Ash was so incredibly kind and patient with me when I was looking for movies for my son. We just moved into our new house and I needed entertainment for my 6yo while waiting for internet. Thank-you Ash I'm so grateful 🙏 merry Christmas!

Barnes and noble is a good store for going in and getting some Christmas shopping done. Who doesn't love a good book?... or a DVD? Or a board game? Do they sell dvds anymore? Idk... but they do sell plenty of stuff thatll keep you busy when the lights go out. Why not buy a book on cooking and learn how to cook a beef wellington whilst reading by candle light shivering under a blanket? Good luck with that.
