I love coming to this local Bath and Body Works I enjoy my time here, I always get the best service when Brittany is working she is friendly and I love her demeanor she knows her fragrances and is a good seller. I bought everything she recommended because she actually LISTENED to what my favorite scents were and told me about the deals even though I seen it at the front she still brought it up because tbh I forgot about the deal while I was shopping.

Still “temporarily closed” yet it has been like a week. I have been here twice now with a specific need and they don’t have the decency to at least post what’s going on to explain why they are randomly closed.

Great well stocked store, Dakota was wonderful, answered my plethora of questions and helped me find everything I needed. Thanks to you Dakota stellar customer service.

The later return policy is not something that encourages me to shop as much. During big sales a woman and man come in with a cart and buy up many of the sale items inventory leaving little for other customers and they have lots of discount coupons. I have seen them at Tyrone also. They should have limits on this. They appear to be resellers.

Not busy at all! Very helpful associates, they know the promotions and are willing to explain it to you! Small store and really clean. Used the 10$ off coupon with the semi annual sale 🙂
