This store is always clean and has plenty of inventory. My girls love coming here because the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. They will help you find the products you want and suggest other products you might like. They also let you know what promotions they are running to help you save money.

Just love this store and the people who work here, they're so friendly and helpful.

Visited on 1/26/24 to exchange some candles that l purchased online that l didn’t like. Upon entering the store, l was greeted by a very sweet lady who took my box and picked out my replacement candles. Great customer service every time l visit. The transaction took about 5 minutes. It was soo easy. I always bypass the B&BW closer to me just to go to the Tanger location because they really care about the customer. Please keep up the great work!!!!

Went in earlier today and was blessed being taken care of by Kevious. From walking in the door to checkout, they took fantastic care of us. So informative on products and made sure I left with things I actually liked, vs just trying to sell things (which other locations I’ve been to are like). Kevious deserves major praise , a raise or even a promotion. Absolutely a gem and an asset to the company. Thank you Kevious for all of your help! (:

No pictures to share, but I have a recommendation. If you ever visit the store in Southaven, MS, please ask for Maria! She was so nice and friendly that I stayed longer just to talk to her! She is extremely helpful and takes time to talk to you about almost everything in the store. She is what customer service ought to be every where! 😁
