I love this place and now the new fall fragrances, wall flowers, and candles are out and they are exceptional. Thanks Melanie for your suggestions they were on point. Great job greeting the customers and interacting with your outstanding personality. Came here for their semi annual sale on a Saturday. Definitely packed and sort of on the smaller store side, but clean and organized. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I got a couple of lotions and body soaps there for a good price, but my favorite purchase has to be the flower cart wall plug! Price was originally $30 but with their annual sale, it was down to $11-12 bucks!

The staff are always friendly and accommodating at this location. I normally shop at the Pasadena or Almeda Crossing location, but when almeda mall was the only one close to me to have a particular scent i wanted, I went to location and everyone was so nice that the next time I went to this location instead and again, staff was very nice. This is my new location to shop from now on.

Came in almost close to closing time and having problems with my bath and body works app and tosha helped me and went above and beyond to help me and my gf and make our experience a very pleasant one! Will definitely be back soon
