Canceled my whole online order, I went to the store and saw some of the items were right on the shelf. One of the items was free and they refused to reimburse me for the item or place it back on my acct. I tell you what my days of giving this company money is over. Their customer service stinks like a fish market, shop with them at your own risk.

Didn't feel comfortable with the staff. Felt like I was being watched. I made my purchase and left. Didn't feel welcome.

Placed an online order for store pickup for 3 hand soaps while on sale. Order is ready for pickup but they cancelled 2 of the soaps. Who in their right mind is thinking a customer is driving 20 minutes to pick up ONE hand soap?? Will be letting it cancel!

Lacks customer service and listening skills! I understand it’s retail and not much is required, but good customer service should be a requirement whenever working with people! Wasted my time on the phone trying to help the associate and manager on duty understand the difference between rewards and coupons (which they should know), and understand why I lost both if they were unable to fill my order placed online. Last time shopping with these people!

Don't get me wrong! I love BBW but u can only ùse one promotion code online n if its a sale u have to use that promotion code! Which is crazy to me n very unfair ! If u want to use ur coupons u have to go in the store
