The location itself is wonderful. But the company keeps getting rid of the scents I buy. They had a great deal today on sanitizers and candles.

The 800 number for Customer service is really bad. The accents of the people working are so thick you can't understand them and they don't understand you. One Woman was so rude she kept telling me to Wait! Not " would you mind holding while I check on your order? After being told 3 times to wait I informed her to learn customer service , like asking me if I mind holding. Absolutely worthless. Don't waste your time. Your better off going in person to shop. Very frustrating.

I just went to the store and the employee who attended me she was taking CARD ONLY and when i made my purchase she slammed my bag on the counter and rolled her eyes felt very rude and didn’t say anything after! Idk if she was judging on my appearance or something but, You guys need to check these seasonal workers being rude, she had black curled hair!
