Why make someone feel like a thief for carrying the wrong bottle!? Having all the associates follow my son and I around the store, surrounding me 3 employees at a time.. when I brought it up to your cashier it was because I had a damn tester bottle.. GOD LORD just say it to me. Made for a very uncomfortable shopping experience

Love this place during the holidays! Especially when they have their sales that come to my email. That's when I shop

The Bath and Body works within the Tucson Mall is currently undergoing renovations. The new/temporary location is located on the second floor near Macy's. The new location is probably twice the size of the location with an very big open floor plan. The store is great, the cashier was nice, and very clean. A very pleasant experience.

Arriving at the store this fine afternoon we was greated by what I would presume to be the floor manager who running around the store mouthing off to the other staff ordering them around like a military Sargent, she had the grace and decorum of a reversing dump truck. The store smelt too strong of the cheap fragrances which got into my nostrils, it was good to know I have my smell back from covid. The store was dirty and messy (as seen in attached photographs)

Great sale just before Christmas. Nice staff.
