Bath & Body Works

I love the Bath and Body works products. I shop online a lot. But I go into the store to check out the new products. I like to smell them before buying. I have never had to return anything except broken items. I shop the sales year round and give as Christmas gifts. I have never been told they hated the product or did not like it. The store is clean and the staff always helpful and friendly. The displays are awesome.

I love to shop at Bath and Body works but absolutely hate when I have to go into the store at posner park. The service there absolutely sucks. It never fails. No one greets you. You could be looking lost and the employees will look at you and turn their face while talking within themselves, having personal conversations. The cashiers look like they hate their jobs and I don’t even get a hello. Everyone there is unprofessional and rude.

The worst location - my pickup orders are regularly incorrect or missing items, online orders take so long for them to pick that inventory has completely changed by the time they get to it. Why even accept online orders? Very unfriendly too, including manager Sindy.

During times like this during the holidays, it is crazy busy, but these associates are working their asses off and I notice how tiring it can be to deal with rude customers that come in. This store is amazing and they never fail to make me feel welcomed. A huge shout-out to all the employees at BB&W.

I already have my bathroom without space, I buy so much and I always want more 😍 their products are simple perfection to me 🙌🏼❤️
