The smell made me do it! Very neat and organized store. They were closing but they never rushed us and we got everything we want and extra goodies.

The manager provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced! It’s not just about my order not being ready; I understand that I have to wait. What was upsetting was her attitude, the way she spoke, and her lack of empathy towards customers. It’s not worth it to shop at a place with employees like her. Her name is something like Yndia, she is Black, and she is one of the managers.

We went in a couple days ago And we had a Great experience with an employee. Unique was Very knowledgeable in all of the names of Bath and body works products and assisted us the whole time With what we need it. We spent more than what we should've, but worth the visit. Thank you Unique, that name fits you beautifully. We will definitely be back because of you ❤️

I got into a fight in there and the reason why I got in to a fight because I asked one of the workers if there were able to help me and they said no your black and the girl decide to push me and I grabbed her and pulled her hair and slammed her on the lotions and The security guard had to get us in the workers were doing anything!

Great, friendly service. I was helped by a sales rep named "Unique". She showed me where to find what I needed. What a sweet and courteous young lady. I loved the room fresheners I bought, 7 for $26.00. That was s great deal!!! This was a great shopping experience.
