The women working on the evening of March 5th were SO friendly and made my shopping experience great (both had glasses and brown hair) 6:50pm. Honestly received better customer service here than my recent trip to Nordstrom! I would come back to this location just to receive the customer service. This honestly made my retail experience great! Shoutout to the employees who seemed to be genuinely nice and make a CX great!

Wonderful service and one of their best sales of the year. Serious about keeping staff and customers safe in this time of Covid-19. Not a large store, but well stocked

I never leave bad reviews especially if I’ve only had one bad experience. This location in particular never greets me or seems interesting in helping certain customers. Twice I’ve been ignored after politely asking for help while they talk about upcoming vacations/the latest in store gossip. I definitely feel black customers are treated less than. Much prefer novi or Farmington hills, although this location is closer to me.

Very upbeat and polite, helpful and professional. They were also covid 19 safe! And they had beautiful day stuff very pleased.
