Store is ok. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them when I asked about my online order. It was placed at 12 noon and I went a 7pm but it still was not ready. I was told they were three days behind. The cashier was very short with me she rather talked to her coworker about taking her break.

I frequent this location because it’s very close to my development. Looks like I’ll take the extra time and go to the one at the mall. I went there this morning and wasn’t even acknowledged. They need better staff here if they want to stay opened.

I went to one store before this on they didn’t have what I needed. The sales rep contacted this store location and they had exactly what I wanted. My favorite fragrance which is stress relief. I also got 3 free for buying three, so I purchased my daughter and son their own fragrance. This is their first time having their own fragrance and they love it.

I got a bottle of the foaming soap I like and had trouble unlocking the pump. The folks there happily gave me a new bottle in exchange for the broken one. I will be shopping there again. 😊👍🏻

Love your products, your sales, your Rockstar staff! You're the greatest. I love visiting each season for you delicious scented hand soaps, lotions, and candles. My purse always stocked with mini sanitizers or creams.
