The wallflowers are nice but the holder gets yucky and it ends up not being worth the $$ you spend on them. I'm over it. I now only purchase the things I like and want during this time of year. 3 quick candles for $9.99, concentrated sprays for $3.50😳🥹 best buy of the year! The customer service at this location was utterly horrible. Smh so my freaking Karen's that work there and EVERYWHERE🙄 My one wish for Christmas, get rid of all the Karen's😖😣

Went into his BBW on the evening of November 30. 1 of the employees and her manager were very rude. Had been to several BBW that day and the employees were amazing. But this location needs new staff. Particularly one short white woman with dark hair. The way she spoke to customers was unacceptable and she should be fired. I wont return to this location again.

This was my first time stepping into this establishment and I must say it was a great experience! Mya was very helpful with selecting something that my wife would enjoy and smell good with. She was very knowledgeable about the products there had a great sense of humor and was very cool. Whoever promoted her as a manager knows Talent when they see it. Definitely will come back again and hope I get her to assist me as to I don't know very much product there.... Lol.. Thank you Mya.

Better than the candle sale. Got my candles for $8.70 and it had all my fragrances I love.
