The customer service there was outstanding! They were on top of everything given the storm had them out of business for a month! It's nice to see the community working together in every aspect!

The lady who helped me find where the gift cards are thank you. But the girl who rang me out, you need more training on how serve customers. If somebody comes into your store to purchase something and I hand you my card or I hand you my money, you don’t throw the card or the item that was purchased at the customer. I’m not a dog trying to play fetch, and so your disrespectful attitude needs to be addressed by your manager. And by the way. And this was today, December 15, 2024.

I placed an online order that they hold for five days and on the fifth day I came to pick up my order, but there was a very long wait to get into the store. even though I was just picking up they made me wait in line for over 30 minutes. And I had no choice but to leave to make it to my shift on time I then came in the next day to pick up my order and they canceled. I understand controlling population in the store, but they should also have a second line for online orders only.

Love this store! The staff is awesome and so friendly. The store is always nicely set up and very clean.
