Very kind services it feel very homey of course it smell very good and I appreciate all the semi-annual sales they had going on

Usually, someone is happy to greet me at the door upon entering. Even more eager to hand me a basket to fill up. Lol. There is always a good sale, just maybe not on the item you may be shopping for. Although, they are always introducing customers to new scents, they continue to take other fragrances away. Was looking for Chasing Fireflies. No luck. Discontinued. Grabbed a few hand soaps and a candle and my experience came to a quick end.

Kudos and 5 stars for the customer service Julian performed on 11/19/2024. He went out of his way to assist by helping locate items as well as retrieve an item on a top shelf I was unable to reach. Need more individuals in customer service like this who are willing to do their job.

Ok ok ok. I know we only have these sales like this once a year. But I think I lost my mind this year. I love my collection, and every time I go into the store, everyone is ALWAYS so friendly. Greeting you at the door and making sure you're helped when needed. I'm glad they put one so close to me now.

This is my go to bath and body works from the cleanliness and staff and service being top notch I will forever be a customer at this store. My favorite sales of all times the scented plug ins. I have too many baby and body works lotions and sprays lol.
