Bath & Body Works

My wife and I like to shop at Bath & Body Works they have great items like body wash,handwsh,candles, and antibacterial spray. They have large assortment of items for the house and personal items.

The girl at the front door @ approx 4:30 on 2/3/23 was a gem and very helpful and kind. The cashier with the long pink nails and hearts however was anything but helpful. And had no understanding of customer service or how the simplicity of rewards or coupons work. Lack of communication between what I wanted and what she demanded was another factor why I’ll stick to my local B&BW rather than this one. P.s. she kept my coupon despite her employee benefits LOL

Cute store in the stonewood mall. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is that a lot of their sale items were out of stock and sold out. I also went to grab a free sample of their laundry detergent posted in the app and they also ran out of those, bummer.

They always keep the store in order regardless of how busy it is. Always very friendly too. There is an employee named Kevin and he helped me when I first left the house after the pandemic. Ever since he has always remembered me and always helpful. All of them have great customer service.

Everything there was so neat and organized! One of the employees was helpful and told me about the discount they were having.
