The store is always nice and well-stocked looking. The staff here is always helpful. Surprising since it's in such a derelict looking mall. Honestly I think they'd be busier if they were in another part of the city or somewhere where it wasn't such a lack of foot traffic.

I have purchased many candles over the years and other products. I’d love the variety of smells in all the products and they have fantastic sales.

As always, competent and friendly staff and quality products. I used to be a loyal Thymes product consumer but have found that Bath and Body Works offers a competitive product at competitive prices. Not waiting for shipping and the ability to sample products in the store is also a plus. Good product, terrific service!

Love the staff in the store. And always willing to help me when I need it! Love coming here for the last 3+ years and buying all my body care needs! Even the candles smell really nice and I might have to have a candle intervention. 💙

My husband has somewhat banned me from this store, I buy so much, I've even started giving to my coworkers and vets place. I love their creams and hand soaps, especially when they mail you coupons to maybe try little samples and give you discounts, especially the 70% sales biannually. Most of the girls are so helpful too. I wish some of the scents would came back every so many years. When they come out with a scent you like, you might get a couple because it might not be extended.
