They never have a good selection or inventory of my fave scents, nor do they stock many seasonal or new products. I end up driving 15miles out of my way to get what I want

The employees are very helpful. And are always try to help when needed. Wide variety of scents. Love coming here! Now its 11-1-24 and their app no longer works on android devices. I have to depend on emails through my spam folder or coupons in the mail if I get them or Facebook.

I love shopping at this location when Owen is there! Not only is he bomb.com! But knowledgeable and knows his stuff! I literally stay in the store for a while, smelling and going over all the new scents. I can tell Owen what I don't like, and he will bring me something I ABSOLUTELY fall in love with. Owen is the BEST and the ONLY reason I will go inside at this location! 💯

Bianca was a spectacular bath & body works guru! Her knowledge of the products was absolutely amazing! I learned a few things while I was there and would recommend her customer service to any novice or expert of bath and body works lover!!!

Great staff. Could the company have a "create you own scent" event? I love the old fashioned jasmine, gardenia, and coconut scents. Thanks in advance.
