Friendly staff. We were greeted by one of them as soon as we opened the door. At least 3 staff people also came up to us if we ever needed something. It was nice of them. I just hope all their eucalyptus products are all on the same shelf and not scattered everywhere. Anyway, I had a very wonderful shopping experience here.

Stop by for the sale . I was quickly greeted by two different associates. Erin who is fantastic, listened to me explain what I was looking for in a fragrance. Patiently assisting me thru different selections explaining what scents made up each fragrance. Thank you Erin for a great shopping experience with no pressure, very informative .

Polaris Location outside the mall is a vibe. Always greeted, friendly staff. I’ve even got to know a few of them. Erin, Adeline, and Eboni are the sweetest. Never left without a smile. The store is always nice and stocked too

I love the staff at this location. Always friendly down to earth. The Manager, makes every one feel welcome. Erin, has been with Bath & Body for many yrs, and I just follow her around. She is definitely customer service oriented! The entire staff is exceptional. Maxine
