Not only are there amazing smells, the staff goes above and beyond to help! Questions about where a specific product is, answered. Questions about certian smells, answered. Questions about coupons, answered. Spent $60 today and saved $121. AMAZING!!!

Nice selection and staff. Prices are high, but thank you for having sale prices that should be the regular price and for stacking coupons. I love the lip moisturizers, especially the ones that are breath freshening.

Bailey your customer service is 10/10. I went to the wrong B&BW to pick up my online order. I was down to my last bottle of soap and planned to cancel the order all together. Without knowing any of this, Bailey reviewed my order, grabbed the products, price matched everything and gave me directions on how to recover my refund.
