Poor Service in my experience and opinion. I purchased several pieces of clothing as presents for my grandchildren. Upon wrapping the gifts we noticed a security tag was not removed from a pair of jeans. We had to drive an hour round trip to have the tag removed. Please note the alarm did not sound upon exit or entry with the tag? Upon arrival Monday morning a line of 12 -15 people at the checkout. After waiting in line no apology or consideration after removing the tag.

This was my first visit to a Belk store. I took advantage of the fall sales with a great selection of quality name brand clothes. Their staff was very helpful and so patient. It was a very good experience and the sale prices were very good.

The ladies at the jewelry counter could definitely work on their customer service skills. The First woman let me wait until she was off to let me know I’ll have to go wait in Vicky’s line. Then I get over there and Vicky was rude and skipped multiple customers. I decided to go to Wilmington Belk instead of dealing with it.

I guess rewards program means credit card to these people..got to the point where they were asking for my social security number for me to stop and say no, later realized the lady was trying to to sign me up for a credit card which she had not mentioned a single time. She never used the word card or anything remotely suggesting that, just said do you want 20 percent off for our rewards program I'll make it super quick give me your info. Slimy deceptive behavior.

WOW!!!! I bought the Brahmin leather purse and wallet. I had my 20% plus additional 15% off. Wow it was a deal. These purses last for years. They are very well made and they stitching is thick. Belk has the best deals in buying a Brahmin plus a warranty on the purse.
