Belk

I Needed a fancy Christmas outfit including shoes. The sales associates in both areas were fantastic. Chloe, Jan, Nenny went out of their way to help. Special shoutout to the manager Tammy, for her help at the register.

I ordered multiple items online which were shipped from this store. All items were thrown in box, not individually wrapped, no padding whatsoever. All items were fragile and breakable. Several of my items had pieces broken off. The glasses on the Santa figurines were bent almost off. I am very displeased. No consideration for their customers! If I could rate them a ZERO I would!

Clean and very well organized store. The other Belk is located at the other side of the mall. Belk even offers free shipping on their website. From Cosmetics to bedding get your Belk on!

The store itself is fine although there are too few registers. Employees however can make or break a store. The foreign woman with dark hair who works in shoes has to be the rudest employee I’ve ever seen. She is sarcastic to anyone walking by and heckles customers. Belk might want to take notice and do some customer service training.

Nice clothing, makeup, perfume options... Everything is expensive, unless you can find a deal!. Unfortunately I experienced horrible customer service! Circled the entire store looking for someone at a register. Found 2!! And 1 of which was in the makeup section, doing nothing but talking! And when I approached her she didn't even bother to acknowledge I was there!
