I ordered a chair from Bellacor. It came damaged. I called and they said the shipper will contact me within 10 days to pick up chair. If they did not call I could dispose of the chair myself. I was also told I would receive my refund of over $500 within 10 business days. It has been 17 days and no refund! Disappointed to say the least. My next step is to dispute the charge update. I received my refund. I would do business with them again

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The delivery took multiple attempts and ended up breaking my furniture. Do not shop from Bellacor!! The delivery carrier is the worst. They call it “white glove delivery” that you pay for it.. but it’s definitely not. I had to pay uber for his friend to come and help him deliver. The delivery guys were high! Asked for tip or they weren’t going to deliver!! And they wanted me to sign their delivery form PRIOR to furniture being delivered.
