I am a frequent shopper at Blue Mercury, mostly the two Marlton locations. I must say Carole at the Promenade store is the most sweetest and kindest salesperson. She always is so welcoming, helpful and a pleasure.

I walked into this store and already it was not very welcoming. I was followed around the store by the worker, not being assisted or asked if I needed help. Also the products that they sell are very over priced. I do not recommend coming here for makeup or skincare. You are better off going to Sephora.

Carol who works on Sunday is very nice, personable, knows everything there is to know about most of the products I asked about.She also showed me different ones I may be interested in. She is an asset to your company. Two specific products . Living proof shampoo for instance seems to strengthen your hair like no product I have used! No hair breakage on comb etc! Thank you for your awesome products and professional, knowledgeable employees like Carol whom We have had the pleasure of meeting.
