C.O. Bigelow Chemists

One of the oldest pharmacies in New York city. They say it has been open for 200 years. Staff was very helpful. They have the Mason Pearson brushes. They have diverse amount of products. You could easily spend an hour looking at all of their items. They did not have the color Mason Pearson brush I was looking for and the woman who work there was very helpful and said to call ahead because they get them in often. These brushes are usually hard to find in the states.

The selection of French pharmacy products great but the customer service from one of the male cashiers on the shorter side was horrendous. I asked if I can pay cash and got all my products slammed in the bag and eye rolls. No one else was in line to check out either and it wasn’t even an inconvenience. Very rude and I hope that other people didn’t get the same treatment I did.

I ordered a few small things from their site and a gift box. It shipped very quickly and was so beautifully wrapped. I didn’t buy much but I so appreciated how it was wrapped carefully and the gift box is really nice. It did have a really nice bow but I unwrapped it before taking a photo. Even the ribbon is gorgeous! I’ll definitely be ordering more in the future-thank you

I’m a big fan of the brand. I didn’t realize we had a store in New York. I love that they carried luxury brands. I took about 20 minutes browsing the store. The sales associates were all wonderful. Especially Natalie. She helped me find the toothpaste that I was looking for. As well as hooked me up with some great samples. I definitely will be returning. Thank you so much for the great experience. It made my day better.
