This store is totally charming - in addition to having a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere! Not like so many other stores in the mall who blast overly loud obnoxious music....Very pleasant to stroll, linger and shop in ! I've picked out many precious personal gifts for special people in my life by shopping at Country Charm. The sale's associates are completely polite without being pushy, and I hope they stick around in the mall for a very long time!

I absolutely love this little shop! They carry things that I adore & the employees/owner are simply the best ppl! They're honest & very helpful. They don't "just try to make a sale", they actually care about their customers wants & needs. I'm getting ready to leave the house now, to make another trip to Muncie to pick up a few more things I need for my breakfast table. It never occurred to me to go anywhere else, my first thought was "Country Charm"!

The owner is amazing! When something I wanted wasn't in the store, she made sure to order it and ship it directly to me! She and the staff have that southern hospitality and kindness! Plus, I LOVE the items!!

I love this place. It gives space to local small businesses all in one place. Especially the businesses that don't have store fronts. Always priced to value and the people are amazing that work there
