Dillard's

From out of town and stopped by or rather was dropped off by friends who didn't want to walk around- too bad cause I scored a beautiful pair of blue suede boots - great for Pennsylvania weather which is where I live. So nice that I went back again and scored two more pair of boots for a great price. Very happy with my purchases. Side note - I have never encountered a bad employee at this store- they were all wonderful.

Went to the MAC counter for a makeup lesson and Mrs. Kylie blew me away! She was so friendly and knowledgeable! I learned so much from her. My makeup is on point now and I feel like I actually know what I'm doing when I apply it. I can't thank her enough for everything she taught me!

I had an incredible experience with Ms. Earline Chaney at Estée Lauder! She did an outstanding job color-matching me. I had almost given up on getting color-matched after countless trips to Ulta. But Ms. Earline got it absolutely perfect! Not only that, but she went above and beyond by offering to match my mom as well, and we were both beyond thrilled with the results. Her expertise, kindness, and attention to detail truly set her apart. Highly recommend!

This is a nice store with very high quality, high end, high cost product that you will have trouble finding in most other department stores. Things I love about this store is that it is always clean and very well stocked. The staff is very professional and they treat every customer very special. My wife is a big fan of the store but it is not my first choice because of the prices. But if you have money for the prices, you will get a great value.

I was at the perfume counter on 02/13/25 and everyone was busy making gift baskets and unboxing new items. Ryan, who was just as busy as everyone else stopped what he was doing and came over to see if I was interested in anything. Y’all when I left that perfume counter with my new fragrance, I felt like a million bucks! Thank you again Ryan for making my day!
