Dillard's

When you walk in you feel as if you're welcome. People at the doors would always say welcome to Dillard's. My mother loves coming here because they have her petite size. I wish I had gotten the lady's name who helped my mother but she was so friendly.

I was shopping for something to wear to my mother's funeral. I was able to find multiple options (I am plus sized). I bought extra items so I could make my final decision at home, intending to return whatever I didn't wear. The return process was virtually effortless. The staff on both trips were knowledgeable professionals who obviously care about doing their jobs well.

Doris, who works in the perfume area, was beautiful. She was THE only one who greeted me, and I walked both floors. I am looking for a nice pant suit and I got no help. On my way out, Doris noticed me looking at my favorite Lancome scent. She helped me with the new scent and some skincare. I'm so glad I have her card. So if you go to Dillard's in Macon, look for her. Thanks so much.

Not great customer service. I was looking at strollers and received no help and then another couple comes up and two people go over to help them without even asking me if I need help. Lady who checked us out was really sweet though

25 hour flight. 1st stop shoes And me tired and a bit loopy. Teresa helped me and bless her outstanding patience. She tried to search other stores for more shoes all the time being hospitable. You are lucky to have her
