Always an amazing experience. I just got a prom dress and the women helping me was AMAZING! She was so supportive, honest, and kind! She made me feel like a princess and really made the environment feel special. Thank you so much Mrs. Tie!! You made this last prom dress shopping truly memorable🫶🏽

Customer service here is horrendous, I would rather shop just about anywhere else but here. I shop plenty of places all around the United States and can truly I would rather burn my money outside your building than give to this poorly run store. Most Dillards locations are great but this location is awful.
