Like the other reviews have mentioned, this store's policy is far too severe. You can only exchange within 10 days, and if something is damaged, they refuse to help you. I have noticed that the quality goes down over the years, and the prices are going up. The owner, Grant Higgins, is very hostile. I do not feel safe or comfortable shopping here anymore and can not support this business. I definitely do not recommend it.

Earth Lore is a small shop, but my favorite for metaphysical items. In downtown Plymouth, it has such a wide variety of high quality and unique items. The staff is friendly and knowledge. It has free street parking (2 hour limit) and a nearby lot if you can’t walk there.

Love the small things & details of crystals glowing shining and thriving I am definitely stopping by again when I’m in downtown Plymouth it’s the spot to be at especially when their is festivals for special occasions

The poor customer service takes away from the total experience at the store. The store Carrie’s a big variety of stones, incense, figurines, jewelry, tarot cards and books. The staff make you feel that you are being “watched” or that you have done something wrong! I thought it was just me being too sensitive, but from reading all the other reviews; I believe that some training on customer service can help.
