I'm a crafter at heart and I love how much variety this location has to offer. There are two other stores closer to where I live but I would rather drive to this one any day to have better options for products and a friendlier staff.

Cool bead collection. I found some miniature glass bottles and I want to implement those bottles with my bracelets. Some of the bottles were broken so I was disappointed. I love the half off the original prices for the bead section. The folks at the frame section are cool.

Sage in the framing department was very helpful customizing a frame for an art piece. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process and different style options available, making the whole process very straightforward. Customizing a job with a frame off the rack is half the cost of the frame plus the cost of assembly and boarder. Customized frame range in price based off material and size. Pricing is transparent and the whole process took less than two weeks.

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable about where things are located. Isles are always clear of obstacles. I wish prices weren't so high, even after discounts, but they do have quality merchandise.

Please check your receipt before you leave the store! They charged me for 7 bedside lamps instead of 5, I found out when I got into the car after purchase, when I went back with the bill to report to the same sale person who charged me, he referred me to the manager and asked me to bring back the whole things back and it took another 30mts to sort out the 100$ error they made, at the end no apologies from them made me feel totally unhappy shopping, poor customer service!!!
