Cute little shop and one of my favorite kinds! However, the lady working was quite belittling when I took a picture in the store of a flannel shirt to send to my husband for his thoughts on it. This is literally all it was. Completely overreacting. 🙄

I love to shop at Jacksons General Store. The girls are always ready to help with picking out just the right gift for me. And then they put it on a gift bag with a beautiful bow. Then, I love to shop for my clothes there. I never have a problem with finding plenty that I love. And…I love their Christian music!

What a great find in downtown Sylva! The shop was lovely and had a good selection of products from which to choose. I was able to grab a couple of Christmas gifts (never too early). The woman working there was so kind and pleasant, which was refreshing after visiting some of the other shops downtown. I would definitely shop here again!

Wonderful store! The ladies are a great help from the moment you walk in the door. Friendly and very professional. Beautiful clothes for women and men. I have found several wedding gifts and baby shower gifts. Last weekend we had a chocolate chip cheesecake. Lots of specialty snacks to enjoy. I highly recommend this store.
