JCPenney

I hadn't been to a JC Penney in years. Nice surprise. Good brands and lots of selections. Clean and bright. Dressing rooms. Very similar to Macy's or Kohls.

I recently purchased a top coat online from jcp.com Never had any luck as sizing varies with manufacturer. It arrived promptly and was too large so I returned it to our local JCP. Customer service is nonexistent, after explaining about the fit I wondered if I could just exchange for a better fit. No one could measure my chest, etc so that I could reorder the coat. Another giant soon to exit the market.

My wife and I decided to go to more local stores vs Amazon. We went to buy Christmas gifts for Veterans. We first stopped at Pennys in the mall. When we walked in we was met by the store manager Rick. What great service , we will start supporting the store as we all should. He made the experience very pleasant.

Good amazing and awesome place to go shopping for clothes and I love it

Very disappointed. Not the same Penny's that I grew up knowing. Spent an hour trying to find a bra. I am a large woman. No help. Employees hard to find. When I found an employee said just order online. I won't be going back. So sad that they are not the same store that they used to be.
