Super grateful for McKenna's awesome customer service! She was very helpful and informative for my mom and I, and also kind to my kids. I'm kind of hoping she's always the one there when we come in 😅

Even tho going out of business I had product defective . Took in would be "straight exchange ". NO. NO Hassel. Would not. So Much for customer service😞(Bedford IN store)

Jo-Ann fabrics is a good store to shop in. They have a wide variety of merchandise and the prices are pretty reasonable. Their selection in Bedford is not as good as the one in Bloomington, which you would expect from a smaller store in a smaller town, but in general the staff there tried to help us out as much as they could and finding what we needed. In the end we were able to get pretty much everything we wanted. Good place to shop, I'd go back.

My daughter had to use the bathroom, and Bath & Body Works doesn't have one. So we walked next door. :) such a clean bathroom 🤗 AND they had a great sale going on so we grabbed some stuff since we used their restroom.
