JOANN Fabric and Crafts

This place is a disgusting disaster and I will never ever come back. Thought I could drop in and out quickly, but they don’t have an employee to cut fabric. How is that possible? This is a fabric store…. I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for people to take breaks. They should have enough employees to run the store. And it is absolutely filthy in here. I came in at 6:45 in the evening. It’s not like it’s an obscure crazy late time or anything either, this is inexcusable.

They were very short on staff, but the employee helping cut for us was willing to help. We only had a few fabrics to cut, the rest of it we just bought the whole roll. If you need lots of cuts, maybe it might be annoying trying to hunt down the employees.

THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER.....most isles are blocked with boxes and carts full of products. Been this was for 6months. Seems like they don't care about the shoppers especially ones who are in wheelchairs.

One of the rudest & laziest cutting lady at the frabic department. After attempting to look for a specific blk velvet frabic, I asked for her assistance and she literally went to pick up a whole different velvet frabic material that was literally hanging around the corner. How'd i know she was going to that? Bc i looked b4 asking and her attitude already showed how lazy she is. Im sure management can figure who the worker was. Nov 6 2024 @ 1050am
