I bought one of the novelty candles for Christmas, but I loved the cedar cashmere scent so much, that I keep coming back! I had an issue with shipping, but customer service was so great- they got back to me in less than a day, gave me a refund, AND sent me a new candle. They have a customer for life! Highly recommend!!

Saddle Shop scented candle smells great and lasts long. Their shipping is horrible. They immediately generate a shipping label and assured me in a email that it would ship on monday but didn't actually mail it until a week later. Took 2 weeks to get the candle from Tennessee to Oklahoma. I get products from China quicker than that. Would have bought more but I don't care for being lied too.

I ordered a case with mixed scents over the phone, and she shipped them to me. They smell delicious and I use them as gifts all the time. I’m ordering more on Saturday!!

Ordered 1-26, got a notification that the package was "ready to ship" on 2-10. It is currently 2-18 and still "ready to ship

I purchased a candle for a gift on 1/25. Their stated processing time is 1-3 business days. The owner offered to cancel the order & refund it on 2/2, but they also assured me that it would ship by the following Monday, 2/5. Tomorrow makes 3 weeks since I placed my order, and it has not shipped. I have emailed the shop twice now requesting cancellation & full refund. Lousy!
