This is a wonderful way to reuse jars and limit plastic coming into your home. You can refill your own containers for all the soaps and sprays you use in your home for cleaning. There is even refill for dental products like toothpaste and mouthwash tabs. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Go check out their new location! It’s beautiful!

This is one of the coolest shops around. If you enjoy doing your part and being more sustainable then you should definitely check this place out. I’m very happy to have Kindred in our neighborhood and my wife and I will be getting most of our household supplies and essentials from here. We love the cost-conscious low-waste approach to home life and Kindred is a great store to equip us properly.

Such a cute place selling cute gifts I did not know I needed. Discover this during the Vancouver flea market day and walked in out of a whim. There is a table in front offering free bags (bag swap) and every nook and corner were well decorated tables of vintage looking, cute gifting items. My partner and I ended up spending full 30 minutes discovering random things in the store. I love the artsiness of the place and could have spent another hour here.

10/10 This is the best zero-waste store in Vancouver!! They have quality products and people. I stop in monthly to get all my home supplies, and I am never disappointed. Keep up the great work, Kindred!!

Love the new location! There's even some parking in the back (the streets were packed). Great service, just needed one thing, but the owner was super helpful and answered my questions! Excited to go back when I have some more time to spend. Thank you!!
