Good selection. They had a good bit of clearance the day we were there.

Bought a new fall flag and pumpkin rug here. They got me signed up for the rewards program and gave me a 25% off coupon, plus everything smelled good. Nice home store in the Outlets.

Had a problem with purchasing a mirror at the Johnson city location with a online coupon. Called the location manager and corporate couldnt help, i had to go to a store inperson for pay adjustment. Had to drive another hour out of my way unfortunately, but I was quickly helped by a store Associate at the cashier and shown the manager, was in and out within 5 minutes. Bother employees were very nice and understanding. Would shop here if i needed to go back to a kirklands.

Cashier was nice, selection was as well, but look out for irregularities. Having to exchange some curtains because the thread was run up really bad on half of it. Good for the price though. Kirklands has really updated to be more modern!

The sales associate Amy was amazing! She helped us locate a piece of art we were looking for at another Kirklands. Kudos for such wonderful customer service!
