Kohl's

I Love Kohl's. I have one in my town, but the Lawrence, KS location has much better layout. It is more spacious, and its easier to find what you are looking for. Returns are done at the front of the store, so you don't have to walk all the way to the back of the store. Highly recommend this store in any city!

After my Kohl's account was deactivated after 20+ years of use; I happened to stop in my local Kohl's to look at some shirts for sale. Only after I inquired after my Kohl's account was deactivated as to why; I was told because of inactivity on my account. A much more proactive way would have been to give me a 40% coupon with a "Haven't seen you for awhile" note or even a Get Well joke card.

This is in a bad place. It was clean. It was well kept. The workers were friendly. There’s nothing that just stands out however. So if you like Kohl’s, this is your average place.

I absolutely love this store but not a great selection in boys junior section. But did get most my Christmas shopping done here! Even found a couple last minute idea gifts for my husband! Awesome watch selection for men too!

This Kohl's store has been updated and improved so much in the last year. There were times in past years of my shopping that I complained about cleanliness of the fitting rooms. I have shopped this store for 20 years. Everything is spotless and organized.
