When I entered the store the representative greeted me with good morning, welcome to Kohls. I was helped in online ordering by Cassandra, which was an awesome experience. My online order was canceled because I didn’t pick it up on time and Cassandra and another representative found my order and helped me purchased my items again with no problems. Excellent customer service!!!

Lynda, our cashier was helpful, pleasant and very patient. She was so nice to us and helped my Mom save more by opening a Kohls charge. KUDOS on the plus size mannequins!!! Nice touch.

Clean, not overcrowded. Able to place returns for Amazon at the special Amazon return desk in the back center of the store. Kohl’s appears to be very similar to Macy’s, J.C. Penney’s or Belks. Plenty of memorabilia with sports logos, Izod, Dockers, Levi’s, large selection of men’s shoes. Housewares, toys, and a small selection of electronics also are offered.
