Had a great experience with the framing department. My husband and I brought in a 13×19 wedding photo that we wanted to get professionally matted and framed and the experience was less painful than we expected. The associate was very helpful in assisting us with picking out the frame, double matting, and glass. Would definitely recommend. Also, got some really great Fall and Halloween decor that was 40% off.

They always have the best selection and plenty of options! Staff was very nice and respectful.

This place is great, I was looking for marker to write on glass everywhere and my wife told me to come here. First time and I felt like doing decorations at my house ! Lol they have everything for you to be very crafty. Server was great as well, lady on floor was very attentive and wanted to help.

"I had a great experience buying wood crafting boards at Michael’s in Pensacola. The store had a wide variety of wood boards in different sizes, and I found a couple that were perfect for my project. The staff was friendly and helped me find what I needed. The prices were great and just walking around I saw other items for potential future projects. I will definitely shop here for any future craft projects.

5 stars because Linely and Teddy were extremely helpful and nice employees. I rarely go to Michaels but good employees make it worthwhile! :)
