Sparkles everywhere. Bought 6 colored bandanas to be used in customized car interior. My boss was angry cause we had to get all the Sparkles off without washing. Had to use duct tape to remove. Added an extra 2 hours to job we couldn't charge customer for. Michaels workers are lazy, no one cleans store, not even checkout counters.

I needed assistance with framing a print for an upcoming art show and Hailey helped me. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful which made the process less stressful! Thanks again, Hailey.

The manager Terry was very rude to me and my wife. I asked why they were being so rude to my wife over the phone when she was just asking a question and she ridiculed her and hung up. So I called back to complain and told her that wasn't appropriate because she made my wife cry and she says "I will not apologize." And hung up on me very rudely also. I will be contacting her higher up manager to complain

The employees at this location are rude, unapproachable and plain out lazy. I had put in an order for a rolling cart to be picked up; put said cart order in at 5:05pm at 6:50pm I got to the store and as soon as I walked in they rudely let me know I had 5 minutes. When I asked about my order they advised they don’t pick orders after 5pm.
