I was disappointed to find that they didn't have a fabric section, but loved everything else! Great merchandise. Friendly service. When I got to the checkout I tried to bring up the online coupon and was having trouble. The cashier assisted me in finding the best coupon, saving me several dollars! EDIT: Michael's now has a fabric department.

5 stars... I wish I could give a 10 star rating because Casey today ROCKED it!! He helped us so much with our last minute frame job. The store was very clean. He was very friendly and didn’t rush us. He was so professional and did an outstanding job!!!! We will be back in the future for our framing jobs!!! Thank YOU Casey!!!

I love coming to this store. The employees are helpful and the store is always clean. My son likes doing the art class on Saturdays and the classroom helper is always enjoyable. They let me know when the summer camp is starting so we can come in for crafts.
