I was disheartened by the disorganization of the store. The young person at the register had earbuds in, on his phone and did not acknowledge me. Many years ago Michael's was better looking than this.

Ordering online is easy, and the prices for the Micron pens beat the local art supply store and Amazon. But the pickup area could be better labeled and organized. It took some effort to find my order. The order info is on the inside of the bag with no label on the outside.

I love this store! Always clean, well stocked and the staff is so friendly. I do recommend either downloading the Michaels app or going to the website to look for coupons when you’re shopping!! I went in the other day to pick up a few things and ended up getting 40% off with a coupon. They have everything from acrylic paint, oil, paint, watercolor, scrapbooking, photo, albums, cricket, material, holiday decor, and even cake decorating stuff
