The employees here are some of the kindest and most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered in a retail store. Yesterday, a very kind staff member was ready to offer me a box for my purchases (which I prefer over a bag due to recyclability) and have a friendly conversation with me. Thank you ❤️❤️📦

AWFUL. Fake sale signs and coupons that you don’t find out about until you get to the register. 40% off advertising on a reg price item was only on ‘certain items’. Customer service at this store was non-existent, terrible selection. I used to love Michael’s. They will never see my money again.

This store is always well stocked, organized and clean. The associates are always helpful when I have questions. I love the addition of the clearance section in the past few months.

The selection at Michaels was excellent as always. It was difficult, however, to find employees to help you once you left the front of the store. What really disappointed me was the bathrooms. Something was wrong with the toilet paper dispensers in the stalls, so they left the toilet paper on the ground. Who wants to use tp that's been on the bathroom floor? Here's hoping it's a temporary problem. I'll update this review if things are better next time.

I was extremely delighted with the service from the African American lady with the long braids. I am a senior having problems with threading a needle with small eyes. She directed me to where the needles were and took the time to show me how to thread the needle the way her grandmother did it. I bought the needles followed her directions and it worked like a charm. I didn't even have to use the flimsy needle threader included with the needles. Thank you very much for your patience and grace.
