The customer services representative was very rude. I was looking for a picture frame. She kept saying she had to check the measurements and I had to look for several times. I just gave up and left.

I pre ordered an item but didn't send word that they'd canceled it until we got there and asked. They apologized that they couldn't find the item. We walked through the store and found it, ourselves. They said, "Oh, you found one (in a disinterested tone)," before turning back to what they were doing. Yeah, we found it. Thanks. The items they sell are beautiful, even if some of the staff appear to be less than interested in good customer service.
