I'm not big into crafts, but my friends and coworkers are. I like the clean store, friendly and helpful staff and the prices make gift giving a little less stressful. I can get suggestions based on my friends interests, and so far, the staff has not been wrong. Very satisfied with whole experience.

HUGE selection. I had a lot of things I was looking for with this new craft I’m getting into and there was always an employee within close range to ask questions. I love this store. It’s out of my way to get to, and I have to fight a lot of traffic, but it’s worth it for the selection and great interactions.

Great selection on all crafts things. A little pricey but they have good sales.

Here’s an idea, you set up self service with no path to get to it other than waiting on the line for a register with a person. I was told I was cutting when I went around to the 3 open self service registers. The girl at the register standing around to advise me she would tell corporate was an added plus

I just experienced the rudest service at Michael's in Port Charlotte the manager I'm guessing.... Her name was Ashley .. short blonde hair never seen her before....Not only was she creating a scene with us but she also reprimanded the associate Lori in front of all customers... Lori was very nice and should not have been talked that way too. This Ashley is a red flag to this company and should be investigated. Also our other cashier Ella was very nice and helpful.
