It's not enough they overprice Chinese junk, but they really don't care about the customer's health and welfare. This store including its restrooms and absolutely disgusting. The manse manager should be replaced immediately.

Have had very few issues here, maybe a gift card that wouldn't process, or a defective product. But nothing major. Overall a very clean and convenient store. You can always take in a coupon on your phone, they'll honor that. Good selection of frames, and a lot of crafty stuff. They also carry scale model kits, paints, brushes, pads of drawing paper. Posted up pics of more. Service is usually good too. You might have to find an associate, because they don't all greet you.

The Fresno Michaels messed up my online order took the products back to the Clovis Michaels instead and they helped to switch them out for the right items. All the Clovis location staff where very nice and helpful. Best Michaels in the area! 😁

Don’t even attempt curbside pick up the amount of time it takes them to bring your items out to you ; your better off going inside getting it yourself. It’s pretty sad , WAL-MART curbside is BAD CAUSE THEY WAL-MART , but Michael’s it’s beginning to be just like Walmart , long asssssssss wait time… Tsk..tsk

I love craft stores. Friendly and helpful staff at this location. I do like the self checkout; its faster and more efficient, in my opinion.
