Nordstrom Alderwood Mall

Rima (Jo Malone) is absolute lovely and wonderful staff here. I stopped by for Christmas gifts and got variety of Jo Malone Products. I wanted to pack the gifts separately since they go to different people and Rima just got everything done perfectly beautiful!!!! Thumbs up for her. I will be back very soon for more goods for sure

Banks was incredibly personable and helpful. He helped us find belts and walked us to a fitting room instead of just pointing. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the experience great and he deserved recognition. Too many good workers get looked over in these department stores.

Lunch time!!! Attentive server and menu of a diverse variety made this a fun time. The crab bisque was outstanding, tasty,hot, and filled with crab. The crispy chicken sandwich was yummy and enhanced with pimento cheese spread. The Caesar salad with anchovies was spot on though the serving size was modest. As always, the Swedish background of Nordstrom's ensured the coffee was hot, full bodied,and plentiful.
